Currently ERM has three projects that are in the works for supporting our widows and orphans. We have a motorcycle taxi project for the orphans and a farm produce truck for the widows, and long term we have our Hope City training center. We need prayers and sponsorship for each of these projects. Motorcycle Taxi - .his project is off the ground and running thanks to a gift given to us earlier this summer. The motorcycles cost approximately $2500 US. The goal is to teach the orphans how to ride and maintain the cycle taxis. We want to help them become self-supporting so that they can purchase their own cycles, help train, and support other orphans in how to do the same thing.

Widows Project - Rwanda is a country blessed with an abundance of vegetation and crops.  Even so one of the biggest challenges people face on a daily basis is getting enough food to eat.  This is especially true for the widows and those affected by HIV/Aids, where the medicines they are taking are so potent that they must be taken with food.  ERM wants to get the food and crops into the hands of those who need it both for sustenance and financial benefit.

We also want to teach our widows and orphans how to farm and care for crops in order to be self-sufficient and have the food that they need to eat. Getting the crops grown to market is a very profitable undertaking. The biggest obstacle is the transportation of the crops to the markets. ERM seeks to provide a produce truck to the widows so that they can bring produce to the market from the fields. The produce truck will cost $36,000 US.

As of April 2007 we have started on a project providing widows with selected goats as a source of income, milk, and food. We have a gallery of pictures of the first group of widows receiving their goats.

Farm Produce Truck Project - $36,000	So far we have raised $5500 for the truck.

Hope City Center  -  This is a long-term goal to have a facility that will serve as a training center (Hope City Center) for all the training programs, and online classes for Pastors and Evangelists, and as a guesthouse (Grace Guesthouse) which will serve as a transit center for orphans waiting to get a family host. It will also serve as a center for children rejected by their own family because they became Christians. The guesthouse will also generate income by providing lodging for visitors, sponsors, and workers.

Currently we have signed a lease on an office in Kigali that will serve some of these purposes. The lease is approximately $260 a month. This facility gives us a physical place for the orphans and widows to come and receive assistance, and it gives us a space to house missionaries when they come to help us. Long term we are looking to build a facility of our own. We are currently looking for a place near Lake Muhazi. The particular place we would like to buy is a 40 hectare piece of land that will cost us approximately $90,000 US.  This would be used for our Hope City project
